Danny’s team replaced the flooring throughout my whole home. They did so flawlessly, even working around my children and pets. They left no mess for me to clean up at the end of everyday, they showed up promptly every morning at 8am and worked until 6pm each night- getting the whole thing done within 4 days. Danny was helpful throughout the entire process. Danny allowed us to take home different options for flooring and see which one we liked. Once we found what we liked, he was able to get us close to our initial price point. Danny’s crew was very communicative throughout the labor process. No furniture was damaged by crew. We had an outstanding experience with Flooring USA. From the moment I walked into the Lakeland showroom, Danny took amazing care of us and truly exceeded expectations. His customer service, pricing transparency, help with selecting the perfect floor color, and walking us through stair options made the entire process feel easy and well-supported. He treated our home with so much care and consideration—it genuinely felt like we were treated like family. The reviews are what got us in the door, but the service and care are what made us choose Flooring USA to refloor our entire townhouse. Ricardo and his crew were incredibly detailed, kind, and hardworking, and it was clear they take pride in their work. We are so happy with the quality and how the floors turned out—we constantly get visitors commenting on how great they look. This is a very family-oriented company that goes above and beyond. Danny and his team are amazing - they really do go above and beyond in every phase of the process to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.  From selecting the type of flooring, to then color, size, etc., to then coordinating the timeline (and all my questions even after the fact). The installers were timely, friendly and kept me posted periodically throughout the job on their progress. Danny is super responsive and helpful as well throughout the process, and was actually able to put me in touch with some additional contacts/contractors for other work I needed done at my home.  I am forever grateful that I randomly came across Flooring USA here in Lakeland (he also has a new Valrico location). I highly recommend them for any and all of your flooring needs!
